Adjust your camera setting
- The distance between the camera and your face is too far
- Your face is not looking straight at the camera device

How to resolve:
- 1.Open MYTY Camera
- 2.Remove the older version a. Remove folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\MYTYCamera
b. Remove every file with the nameMYTYCamera
