# 3. Select Avatar

Open the sidebar to select avatars. 

The avatars with the <mark style="color:green;">**Trial**</mark> text on the top right corner of the thumbnail are [<mark style="color:green;">**trial (free) avatars**</mark>](/products/camera/gm/trial-free-avatars.md) that you can use without connecting the wallet or owning supported avatars. These trial avatars are NFTs that MYTY actually owns.
