Install 3D Extensions from MYTY Kit

Even if 3D avatars are not involved, this step is required to avoid any unexpected errors.

In the header tab, click MYTY Kit > Install Extensions > 3D Avatar Extension

Download MYTY SDK from Package Manager

In the header tab, click Window > Package Manager and open the Package Manager window.
Click the ✚ button in the upper left corner, select Add package from git URL...
Copy and paste https://github.com/Off-Live/myty-sdk.git?path=/unity/Assets#pre-release/dev
Click the Add button.
